Gengis Khan: He was the ultimate conquerer, he conquered 80%of both Asia and Europe. Defeating both the mighty Persian and roman empires, along with other Chinese dynasties, but his quest began as a campaign focused on unifying his people, and that’s what I’ve always strived to do musically.

HipHopLEAD: Alot of the new Cali artists complained that the West Coast vets of the 80’s and 90’s aren’t helping the new breed … do you harbor any biter feelings about that?
Gengis Khan: I mean it would ideal he the west were a lil more unified , but I do pay homage and and recognize that the O.G’s did pave the way for myself and so many others to be sucessful in in this industry whether independently like Mac Dre , E-40, and Too Short or mainstream like M.C Hammer, Snoop, Cube, and Dr. Dre.
HipHopLEAD: Other then having Eric B and Rakim as a main influence .. who else shaped and molded your character over the years?

Gengis Khan: Nawl’ mayne, because I only spit real shit, and game recognize game so the G’s know REAL gangsta!
