Stalley Gives Album Update

On the heels of MMG’s Self Made Vol. 2, and his own mixtape Savage Journey To The American Dream, Stalley is looking to continue dropping gems into 2013.  In an interview with MTV, the MMG member said he’ll be releasing his MMG debut in early 2013.

Recording on the album has just begun, and he’s been following examples set by Rick Ross and Wale in setting down his first LP.  “We’re workin’ on an album right now.  I’m in the studio.  I just got there about a week ago, so it’s a whole big process.  Right now, I’m thinking maybe top of the year would be the album, “ Stalley said.

He added, “I definitely just take [Rick Ross and Wale's] energy, and I definitely watch their energy and watch how they do things. I’m very observant of how they set up their albums and set up their singles and things like that, being that it’s all new to me. That’s great company to keep and great people to watch.”
