A request for Meek Mill to get out of jail early, was denied by a judge. The request was submitted through his lawyers.
Mill has been behind bars since July 11 after breaking his probation which came from a 2009 gun conviction.
“All I’m asking for is a hearing to learn why [his jailing] is constitutional and they won’t even give me that,” Meeks lawyer, Christopher Warren, said yesterday. “The last thing I want to do is go running to another judge to tell another judge what to do. But we have no choice,”
Meek will now have to file another request through his lawyers but this time will have the court go to a higher level judge to override the original judges ruling.
