Nearly after two months from a week-long hospital stay in early March, Lil Wayne has reportedly returned to Los Angeles, California’s Cedars Sinai Medical Center after once again experiencing seizures yesterday (April 30). TMZ.com has reported that a source close to the Cash Money Records superstar informed them of the news, and added that Wayne was cleared and released this morning (May 1).
Representatives from Cash Money and Universal Motown Records, who distribute Wayne’s music, have not release a statement. In the March reports, Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment President Mack Maine condemned TMZ for false reporting, as did Wayne’s America’s Most Wanted tour partner T.I.
Lil Wayne has publicly acknowledged to being an epileptic. Symptoms of epilepsy can include seizures, though Wayne put the blame on this year’s hospitalizations on exhaustion and dehydration.
