Good Kid m.A.A.d. City Debuts #2 First Week

The debut album of Compton bred rapper Kendrick Lamar has been the talk of the not just the Hub City, but of the entire hip hop community. In it’s first week, Good Kid m.A.A.d. City sold over 240,000 copies, debuting at #2 on the charts.

While the rapper doesn’t want you to call his album a classic yet, fellow Compton star, Game, did an interview with Rap-Up where he calls Kendrick the “West Coast Nas”.
