During this years OVO Fest, Drake gave love to Oklahoma City Thunder’s Kevin Durant for coming out to see the show. He then went on to give a comment about playing in Toronto and got the audience to show their appreciation with cheers. Reportedly, this ended up costing the Toronto Raptors a $25,000 fine.
“My brother Kevin Durant was kind enough to come to the show tonight to watch us,” he said. “I just want him to see what would happen if he came to play in Toronto. Let him know what would happen.”
