According to TMZ, R&B singer Chris Brown has been released from jail.
Brown was sentenced on May 9 to 131 days in the slammer but was released after serving 108 days.
Brown was sent to jail after a judge ruled that he broke his probation.
Even though Brown can enjoy his freedom, he still has an upcoming assault trial that stems from a Washington, D.C. altercation. According to TMZ, the trial should start in a few months.
