Birdman Buys Scott Storch’s Miami Mansion For $14.5M
Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman has acquired the former mansion of multi-platinum hip hop record producer Scott Storch, at 70 Palm Avenue, Miami.
Sources say Scott Storch blew $30 million in six months on partying, trips, and lots, and lots of cocaine.
The mansion was previously snapped up by RockStar energy drink entrepreneur Russell Weiner for $7 million, but the Cash Money honcho seems to be addicted to the Miami lifestyle, so this mogul needed some real estate of his own to sink his cash money into. Plus he also gets to live close to his big brother and business partner Slim Williams, who had also recently bought South Florida’s largest house out in Weston.
Birdman bought the mansion in September 2012, from Russell Weiner for a profitable amount of $14.5 million. The mansion comes with 9 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, 100 feet of bay frontage, dockage, a pool, a hot tub surrounded by a moat, a massage room, a home theater, high-as-hell ceilings, an elevator and more..
