Harlem’s A$AP Rocky was taken into NYPD custody after allegedly assaulting two men who were taking photos of him while he was engaged in a verbal dispute.
From TMZ Rocky – real name Rakim Meyers – was downtown Manhattan and had gotten into a loud verbal dispute with someone. Two passersby recognized the A$AP Mob member and starting snapping pictures. This angered Rocky and his friend, and then a fight broke out.
The two victims suffered cuts and bruises with one needing treatment in the hospital.
Responding police officers arrested the rapper on the scene, and according to a law enforcement source, Rocky will be booked for attempted robbery. No news at this point as to what he is accused of trying to steal from the two men.
