Lauren London is a biracial actress from Los Angeles, California. She started her career in 2003, appearing in music videos by artists such as Pharrell Williams, Snoop Dogg, Young Gunz and T.I.

A native of Los Angeles, London attended Castle Heights Elementary School, where her drama teacher gave her the role of a lion who didn’t speak English. Having to improvise words that she didn’t understand peaked her curiosity and sparked her enthusiasm for acting. After a stint at Palisades High School, London was homeschooled, affording her time to audition for films, music videos, and commercials.2005 she landed her first movie role in ATL as “New New,” starring alongside T.I. who played her love interest. The movie was released in March 2006. She also played Monay on the UP T.V. show Everybody Hates Chris.
Lauren ended her relationship with Neef of the rap group Young Gunz. Before Neef, Lauren was in a long-term relationship with New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne. Many reports say the onscreen chemistry between Lauren and T.I. continued offscreen. Gossip queen Wendy Williams reported that the couple had been seeing each other months before ATL even started filming. Lauren quickly denounced the T.I. romance rumors in an interview with hip hop magazine XXL. Lauren has also been linked to pro skateboarder Terry Kennedy and hip hop impresario Chris Foxx.

London’s plans for college are on hold while she pursues her acting career. She studies acting with Michael Wilson and wants to include some classes in psychology to aid in her personal growth and as an actor. Recently Lauren can be found in Pharrell‘s new video “That Girl” featuring Snoop Dogg.’
